It's something that occurs at around 8 in the morning and then again at around 4 in the afternoon. Which I have been subject to for the beginning of this week. If you haven't guessed it yet its driving and not neccessarily me but all the other drivers. Rush hour, which isn't that bad except this week seemed to frustrate me the most. On Monday morning the forecast is cold winds, including flurries and freezing rain. Thinking like most normal people I'd have to leave for work a bit early as the roads would be icy. Driving to work people are in the ditch everywhere, flipped over, a million accidents everywhere. The next day Tuesday, includes all the same slow driving, even though the roads are quite alright to drive the speed limit. Wednesday morning comes and all the same people are now driving like normal people. Nothing to bad, except for the next freezing rain episode. Then all the cars, trucks, vans, semi's are in the ditch again, flipped over again, in dissary again and a million accidents everywhere again. Don't people ever learn their lessons. Freezing rain + driving + rush hour = slippery roads!! Another pet peeve that I need to throw in is the fact that on Monday, the iciest day of the week, drivers are breaking ubruptly on sheer ice. Making everyone behind them brake. It's bound to happen that one car isn't watching the road and then we have a 10 car pile up. PLUS braking abruptly not only makes the roads icier for the next vehicle, but is almost the worst thing to do on icy roads. Anyways, thats all I have to say about that.

People are stupid. If you look at my old posts, I have one similiar to this. It's a strange phenomenon that every winter (and actually every time it snows/freezing rains during a single winter) people forget how the heck to drive!
very frustrating, I agree
